Locations

A Location in Wiacom represents a single physical venue. Each location has its own registration page, WiFi credentials, portal splash page, analytics dashboard, and guest database.

Creating a Location

  1. Go to Locations and click Add location
  2. Enter the location name, address, and timezone
  3. Click Save
Guest Connect, WiFi Pass, and Portal are all disabled by default — enable each product independently.

  • Use tags to group locations by region, brand, or client
  • Analytics can be viewed per-location or aggregated across a tag group
