Quick Start

Get your first Wiacom location live in under 15 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • A Wiacom account — contact hello@wiacom.ai to get started
  • Access to your WiFi controller’s admin panel
  • At least one configured SSID on your wireless network

Setup

Create a Location

  1. Log in to the Wiacom admin panel at app.wiacom.ai
  2. Go to Locations and click Add location
  3. Enter the venue name, address, and timezone
  4. Click Save

Enable Guest Connect

  1. On the location page, click Guest Connect → Enable
  2. Configure the registration form fields (name, email, phone, etc.)
  3. Set your consent / terms text
  4. Customize the confirmation email
  5. Click Save
Your public Guest Connect URL is now live at:
https://connect.wiacom.ai/[your-location-slug]

Connect Your WiFi Controller

  1. Go to Inventory → Controllers and click Add controller
  2. Select your WiFi vendor
  3. Follow the vendor setup guide — e.g. Cisco Meraki
  4. Wiacom validates your credentials, discovers your networks, and pushes SSID configuration automatically

Test a Registration

  1. Visit your Guest Connect URL or scan the QR code from the Wiacom admin
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. Check that you receive the confirmation email with credentials
  4. Verify connectivity using the credentials
