Managing Registrations
Viewing Registrations
Go to Guest Connect → Registrations to view all registrants for a location.

Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to find registrations by name, email, or phone. Filter by date range, new vs. returning guests, marketing consent status, or custom field values.
Exporting Registrations
Click Export to download a CSV of the current filtered view including all form fields, consent status, and visit history.
Exported data contains personal information and must be handled in accordance with your data protection obligations.
Suspending a Registrant
- Find the registrant in the list
- Click their name to open the detail view
- Click Suspend
For WiFi Pass locations, this immediately suspends their Identity PSK on the controller. For Key Access locations, suspension is recorded in Wiacom but has no effect at the network level.
Deleting a Registrant
To permanently delete a guest record (e.g. in response to a GDPR erasure request):
- Open the registrant detail view
- Click Delete → confirm
This deletes all PII from Wiacom’s database. If the guest had a WiFi Pass credential, it is also deleted from the controller.
Returning Guest Experience
When a guest registers again using the same email address, Wiacom recognizes them as returning — their record is updated, their visit count increments, and they receive a confirmation email resending their existing credentials. No duplicate records are created.
