WiFi Pass

WiFi Pass provisions a unique, personal WiFi passphrase for each registrant — eliminating the shared password model entirely. Each guest gets their own Identity PSK (iPSK) provisioned directly on your WiFi controller.

Why WiFi Pass?

Individual credentials

Every guest gets their own passphrase — no sharing, no credential circulation

Instant revocation

Revoke a single user’s access without affecting anyone else

Credential expiry

Set passphrases to expire after a configurable period

Per-user identity

Each connection is tied to a known, consented registrant

How It Works

1

Guest registers

Guest registers at your Guest Connect URL.
2

Credential provisioned

Wiacom creates an Identity PSK on the WiFi controller via the vendor API.
3

Passphrase delivered

Passphrase is sent to the guest by email with a QR code for one-tap connection.
4

Guest connects

Guest connects using standard WPA2 — no app or profile required.
5

Access managed

Access is live — revocable and expiry-controlled from the Wiacom dashboard at any time.

Provisioning Modes

ModeBehaviour
InstantPassphrase created and displayed on the thank-you page immediately; also sent by email
ConfirmedGuest clicks a confirmation link in the first email; passphrase sent in a follow-up email
Confirmed mode ensures a valid email address before issuing a credential. Recommended for public-facing deployments.
