Platform Overview
Wiacom is organized into three layers: Products (what guests experience), Infrastructure (your WiFi vendor integration), and Platform Services (shared capabilities available across all products).Products
Guest Connect
Base tier. Guests register and receive the shared WiFi password by email.
WiFi Pass
Premium add-on. Each guest gets a unique personal passphrase (iPSK).
Portal
Captive portal redirect with MAC-based authorization.

Deployment Model
Wiacom is a fully cloud-hosted SaaS platform. There is nothing to install on-premises.Wiacom connects to your wireless controller via the vendor’s cloud API (outbound HTTPS only). For Portal mode, your controller must support captive portal splash redirect to a custom URL.
Data & Security
- All data processed and stored in compliance with GDPR
- Guest PII is never shared with WiFi vendors — only anonymized credentials are transmitted to controllers
- All communication uses HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
- Credentials in transit and at rest are encrypted
