Guest Connect

Guest Connect is the base tier of the Wiacom platform. It enables any venue to capture guest identity and consent during WiFi registration and deliver the venue’s shared WiFi credentials automatically — with zero hardware changes required.

How It Works

Guest arrives

A guest arrives at your venue and wants to connect to WiFi.

Guest registers

They visit your Guest Connect URL or scan your QR code and complete a branded registration form.

Wiacom captures identity

Wiacom stores their identity and GDPR consent record.

Credentials delivered

A confirmation email is sent immediately with the venue’s shared WiFi password and a scannable QR code.

Guest connects

The guest connects to your WiFi using the credentials in the email.
