Ops Intelligence is an AI-assisted operational layer that surfaces network health signals, diagnoses connectivity issues, and provides an auditable log of AI-generated recommendations — all from a single interface across your locations.

Dashboard

Real-time operational health view across all locations — AP status summary, open incident count, anomaly signals, and alert indicators.

Incidents

Log of detected operational events: AP offline, authentication failure spikes, abnormal traffic patterns. Each incident shows severity level, affected location and AP, detection timestamp, and resolution status.

Troubleshoot User

AI-generated diagnosis for a specific guest. Enter an identity reference to retrieve recent session history and recommended remediation steps.

AI Audit Log

A full chronological record of all decisions and recommendations generated by the Ops Intelligence engine. Used for compliance review and to verify AI-suggested changes before or after they are applied.

Settings

Configure alert thresholds, notification destinations, and integration settings for the Ops Intelligence engine.
