Staff Connect is a dedicated onboarding channel for employees, contractors, and service staff who require managed WiFi access separate from the corporate network.

  • Integration with HR systems, LDAP/Active Directory, and SSO providers
  • Pre-registration and batch import from HR rosters
  • Automatic de-provisioning on end of contract or employment
  • Multi-location access management — staff credentials valid across assigned locations
  • Audit trail of access grants, revocations, and policy changes
  • Compatible with all Wiacom access features: Portal, WiFi Pass, Key Access, Passpoint Connect, Horizon

Staff onboarding is currently possible using Guest Connect with custom form fields, admin-created pre-registrations, or API-based identity creation. Contact the Wiacom team for assisted configuration.
