Viewing Registrations

Go to Guest Connect → Registrations to view all registrants for a location.

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find records by name, email, or phone. Filter by date range, new vs. returning, marketing consent status, or custom field values.

Exporting Registrations

Click Export to download a CSV of the current filtered view — all form fields, consent status, and visit history included.
Exported data contains personal information. Handle it in accordance with your data protection obligations and the terms under which consent was captured.

Suspending a Registrant

  1. Click the registrant’s name to open their detail view
  2. Click Suspend
For WiFi Pass locations: the user’s iPSK is immediately revoked on the controller. For Key Access locations: the suspension is recorded in Wiacom but has no network-level effect (shared password is not changed).

Deleting a Registrant (GDPR Erasure)

To permanently delete a guest record:
  1. Open the registrant detail view
  2. Click Delete → confirm
This permanently removes all PII from the Wiacom database. If the user had a WiFi Pass credential, it is also deleted from the controller. A deletion record (without PII) is retained for compliance audit purposes.

Returning Guests

When a guest registers again using the same email address, Wiacom recognizes them — their record is updated, visit count incremented, and their existing credentials resent. No duplicate records are created.

Privacy Page

All Guest Connect registrants receive a link to a self-service privacy page where they can view their data, update consent, and request erasure. The link is included in the confirmation email automatically.
