Supported Platforms
Wiacom has integrations in place for a large number of major and regional CRM and CDP platforms. The list of supported systems is extensive and continues to grow — if you are using an established platform, there is a good chance it is already supported. Contact the Wiacom team with your platform of choice to confirm availability, data mapping requirements, and any configuration steps needed on your side.Integration Options
Two approaches are available: Wiacom-managed connectors — for platforms where a Wiacom integration is already in place. Setup is handled on the backend by the Wiacom team with minimal configuration required from the customer. Customer API integration — for platforms not yet covered by a Wiacom connector. If your CRM or CDP exposes a standard inbound API, Wiacom can be configured to push data directly to it.
