Wiacom can push guest registration and engagement data into external CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms. Integrations are provisioned securely on the backend. Supported integration patterns include scheduled exports, real-time push on registration or event trigger, and audience segment synchronisation for remarketing activation. Data exposed through these integrations is subject to the consent captured at registration. Only data where valid consent exists is transmitted to external platforms.

Supported Platforms

Wiacom has integrations in place for a large number of major and regional CRM and CDP platforms. The list of supported systems is extensive and continues to grow — if you are using an established platform, there is a good chance it is already supported. Contact the Wiacom team with your platform of choice to confirm availability, data mapping requirements, and any configuration steps needed on your side.

Integration Options

Two approaches are available: Wiacom-managed connectors — for platforms where a Wiacom integration is already in place. Setup is handled on the backend by the Wiacom team with minimal configuration required from the customer. Customer API integration — for platforms not yet covered by a Wiacom connector. If your CRM or CDP exposes a standard inbound API, Wiacom can be configured to push data directly to it. The customer is responsible for providing API credentials, defining the data schema, and managing their platform’s inbound configuration.
