Advanced Campaigns is the full campaign builder. It supports both SMS and email channels, rich audience segmentation, and scheduled delivery. Campaigns are built through a three-step wizard.

Step 1 — General information

Channel selection

Send SMS campaignEnables the SMS channel. Shows the estimated SMS credit count.
Send E-MAIL campaignEnables the email channel. Shows the estimated email count.
Both channels can be active simultaneously in a single campaign.

Scheduling

Set the Send the campaign at datetime using the date and time picker. Leave blank to send immediately on submission.

Step 2 — Campaign message

SMS: text area with a live character counter. At 161 or more characters the message is split into a second SMS — cost doubles. Special characters may consume additional character budget depending on the GSM character set. Email: rich-text composer available when the email channel is active. Use the Email Template Builder to create and reuse branded templates.

Step 3 — Summary & confirm

A plain-text summary shows the final recipient count: “SMS Campaign: the message will be sent to N recipients according to selected filters.” Review the count before submitting. Click Submit to schedule or send. Click Previous step to go back and adjust filters or message content.
Once submitted, a campaign cannot be recalled if the send time has already passed. For scheduled campaigns, you can still edit or cancel from the Campaigns report before the send time.
