Access Tracker is a diagnostic tool for investigating device access history. It is intended for use by designated IT personnel within your organisation for troubleshooting connectivity issues and handling data subject requests.
Access to this section is restricted to authorised personnel only. It should not be used for general account management or marketing purposes.

Searching

Search by any of the following:
  • Phone number
  • Name (partial matches supported)
Click Search. Results show all records matching the query.

What the results show

For each matched record:

In compliance with GDPR, no personally identifiable information is displayed in full. The platform does not show names, email addresses, or complete phone numbers at any point.

Use cases

  • Connectivity troubleshooting — investigate why a specific device is not connecting or is being rejected.
  • Access investigation — verify whether a specific registration has active credentials and when they were last used.
  • Data subject requests — locate records associated with a specific individual to support GDPR access or deletion requests. This should be handled only by your designated data protection contact in accordance with your organisation’s internal procedures.
