Editing a router

Click the edit icon (pencil) on any row to open the router detail view. From here you can update the router tag, SSID names, passphrase, and safe browsing setting.
For API-connected controllers (such as Meraki or UniFi), SSID name and password changes made here are pushed to the controller automatically on save. For manually onboarded hardware, changes must be applied directly on the device — Wiacom has no API connection to push them.

Safe browsing

When the Safe browsing toggle is ON, content filtering is applied to the guest network on supported hardware. This blocks access to categories of websites considered inappropriate for public venues. The filter list is managed by Wiacom. Contact info@wiacom.ai to review or customise the filter categories for your account.
