Email Registration Settings controls the behaviour of email-based WiFi authentication for each of your locations. Settings are applied per location and can be viewed across all locations at once or filtered to a single venue using the location selector at the top of the page.

Location selector

Use the dropdown to filter the table to a specific location, then click Filter. Leave the selector on the default option to view all locations simultaneously.

Settings table

Each row represents one location. The following columns are shown:
ColumnDescription
LocationVenue name
Session timeoutHow long (in minutes) an email-authenticated session remains valid before the guest must re-authenticate
Email attemptsMaximum number of email authentication attempts allowed before the guest is locked out
Timeout intervalWaiting period (in seconds) enforced between failed attempts
Confirmation URLThe URL embedded in the confirmation email sent to the guest. Defaults to the location landing page if no specific confirmation URL is set
LinkA test link to verify the confirmation URL is reachable and resolves correctly
ActionsEdit button — opens the configuration form for that location
Forget cacheClears the cached session and configuration data for the location immediately

Editing a location

Click Edit on the location row to update its email authentication settings. The edit button is disabled on locations where login options are locked — contact your Wiacom account administrator if you need to make changes to a locked location.

Forget cache

The Clear all Cache button on each row flushes the cached configuration for that location. Use this after making changes if updated settings are not immediately reflected for connecting guests.
Sender configuration, email template content, and marketing consent text are managed at the account level by your Wiacom administrator — they are not configurable from this screen.
