In compliance with GDPR, this report only includes users who have given marketing consent. No personally identifiable information is displayed — the platform does not show names, email addresses, or full phone numbers at any point.

Filters

Narrow the view using any combination of:

User cards

Each entry in the list shows:
  • Location and AP the device is connected to
  • Last login timestamp
  • Total return visit count
  • Return visit count in the last 30 days
  • Login method icon
  • Registration type indicator

Sending an SMS to connected users

Check Send SMS message to selected visitors at the top right of the page. Select one or more users from the list, compose your message, and send. SMS sends initiated from this screen are recorded and visible in the Sentbox and Campaign Stats sections of the Stats menu, alongside all other outbound messages.
SMS can only be sent to users who have provided a verified phone number and given marketing consent. Users without consent are not shown in this list.
Use this for in-the-moment messaging — for example, notifying currently connected guests about a limited-time offer or an event starting now.
