The Sentbox is the per-message delivery log for all SMS activity on the account. Where the Campaigns report shows campaign-level totals, the Sentbox shows the delivery status of each individual message.

Delivery statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Delivered | The SMS arrived on the recipient’s device |
| Undelivered | The device was off, out of coverage, or the number was invalid at delivery time |
| Sent to operator | The message reached the mobile carrier but has not yet been confirmed as delivered |
| Waiting | The message is queued and will be sent |
Delivery confirmation depends on mobile network operator reporting. Some operators do not return delivery receipts, in which case a message may remain at Sent to operator status permanently even if it was received by the guest.
